This Critical Information Summary provides key information about Tascall mobile services to help you compare plans and understand how the service works. It forms part of our Standard Form of Agreement.

1. Service Description

Tascall provides mobile services using parts of the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network for voice, SMS and data use within Australia. Plans are offered as:

  • Banked data plans (individual allowances, with unused data retained month to month up to 1000GB)

  • Pooled data plans (shared allowances across multiple services)

These services are designed for Australian residential and business customers who require:

  • A reliable Australian mobile service

  • Strong national coverage

  • Local support

  • Optional integration with VoIP and business systems

  • International roaming

2. Network Information

  • Network: Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network

  • Coverage: National coverage across Australia

  • Technology: 4G and 5G (where available)

Coverage and performance depend on location, device capability, network load and environmental conditions.

3. Included Usage (Australia)

Voice & SMS (if included in your plan)

  • Calls to Australian standard landline and mobile numbers

  • SMS/MMS to Australian standard numbers

  • Voicemail access

Data

  • A monthly banked data allowance (applicable to eligible plans)

  • Unused data rolls on banked plans rolls over unless explicitly stated

4. Excess Usage

If you exceed your included allowances:

  • Additional usage may be charged at standard rates, or

  • Your service may be restricted until the next billing cycle

The exact behaviour depends on the plan selected.

5. International Roaming

  • International roaming is not included in any plans by default.

  • Optional roaming packs may be purchased for short‑term overseas use. Roaming packs:

    • Are charged upfront

    • Include fixed allowances for calls, SMS and data

    • Expire after a set number of days

Roaming is intended for occasional or emergency use (e.g., travel days, short visits). Customers spending extended periods overseas should rely on Wi‑Fi or third‑party travel eSIMs.

Important:

  • Roaming charges apply only when roaming is enabled

  • Background data may trigger roaming if enabled

6. Third‑Party Services

You may choose to use third‑party services such as:

  • Wi‑Fi calling

  • Messaging apps

  • Travel eSIMs

These services are provided by external providers and are not managed or billed by Tascall.

7. Device Requirements

  • A compatible, unlocked handset is required

  • eSIM support may be required for multi‑SIM or travel use

  • Device features vary by manufacturer and model

8. Contract Term

  • We offer a Month‑to‑month service, billed monthly in advance

  • No lock‑in contract unless otherwise stated

  • Handset repayments (if offered) are separate from the mobile service

9. Billing and Charges

  • Monthly access charges are billed in advance

  • Roaming packs and add‑ons are billed at time of purchase, and appear on the next invoice

  • All prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated

10. Changing or Cancelling Your Service

  • You may change or cancel your service at any time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Any outstanding charges remain payable.

11. Customer Support

Support is available for:

  • Account and billing enquiries

  • Plan changes

  • Number porting

  • Fault reporting
